Domestic Wholesale Dispatches (India)
All domestic wholesale consignments are dispatched from our central Mumbai warehouse via registered road transport, surface cargo, or express logistics partners. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days following invoice confirmation. Consignment tracking details (LR / Bilty) are provided promptly upon handover.
International Export Shipments (FCL & LCL)
Nabila Fragrances exports to over 20+ countries worldwide. We offer flexible commercial Incoterms including FOB (Nhava Sheva / JNPT Port, Mumbai), CIF (Destination Port), and EXW (Ex-Factory). Ocean freight container lead times range between 15 to 40 days depending on the destination port.
Export Packaging & Moisture Protection
Due to the delicate nature of aromatic incense and natural resins, all export goods are packed in heavy double-wall master cartons, reinforced with corner protectors, and securely palletized with industrial waterproof shrink-wrap to guarantee aroma integrity during maritime transit.
Regulatory Export Documentation
Every international consignment is accompanied by required documentation, including Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and commercial invoices required for smooth customs clearance.
Sample Kit Dispatch
Trade sample kits requested by verified prospective importers and distributors are dispatched via international courier (DHL, FedEx, or Aramex) with express airway tracking.
