Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature of Operations
Nabila Fragrances operates primarily as a manufacturer, wholesale supplier, and exporter of premium incense sticks, dhoop, and oriental fragrances. This website serves as a digital product showcase and commercial inquiry portal. Submission of inquiries or sample requests does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Purchase Order (PO) is mutually confirmed.
Quotations, Pricing & Validity
All wholesale prices, FOB/CIF export rates, and volume discounts provided by our sales desk are quoted individually based on carton quantities, custom packaging requirements, and prevailing raw material / freight indices. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.
Orders, Production & Private Label Manufacturing
For custom formulation, private labeling, and container-load manufacturing, production commences upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit and formal approval of packaging artwork proofs. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to specific bespoke product lines.
Intellectual Property & Trademark Rights
All brand names, product titles (including but not limited to our Masala, Elegant, and Zodiac collections), trade dress, packaging graphics, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Nabila Fragrances. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Any commercial disputes arising out of trade agreements, wholesale shipments, or website interactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
